Better late than never, right?
Friday--spaghetti (boring, but our last day of being stuck inside due to snow)
Saturday--marinated grilled quail, baked potatoes, salad
Sunday--chicken parmesan, pasta, salad, bread
Monday--hamburgers, spinach dip, chips
Tuesday--fend for yourself--I have a cooking class. This usually is leftovers.
Wednesday--chana masala, tamarind apple chutney, basmati rice
