My week just wouldn't be the same without at least some sort of idea of what we're eating. I plan Friday-Thursday, and I grocery shop on Fridays and hit the farmers' market on Saturdays.
Friday:
Saturday: eggs in a frame (breakfast), leftovers (lunch), kofta kabobs, tzatziki, grilled corn, fried green tomatoes, blueberry basil lemonade (supper)
Sunday: cinnamon rolls (breakfast), out (lunch), biscuits and gravy (supper)
Monday: chilaquiles with chard and chicken
Tuesday: Moms' Night Out with friends; quesadillas for the boys (which they'll love)
Wednesday:roasted chicken, quick cooking greens, onion gratin
Thursday: stir-fry with Chinese cabbage, daikons, mushrooms, beef over rice
Friday: fish tacos with cabbage and jalapeno tartar sauce, roasted potatoes, pintos
As always, there are hundreds (literally!) of meal plans to explore over at orgjunkie. Lots of fun.

That all sounds delicious - I definitely want to try out that lemonade sometime soon, it looks awesome and very summery! You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner - it's a great way to organize, collect and share your menus and recipes (like this: http://bit.ly/oFQc8) - I think you'll really like it!
