Menu Plan Monday


Friday: sliced salami, cheese, crackers/sparkling cranberry lemonade/Alice Springs chicken, baked potatoes, salad

Saturday: tomato corn soup, cornbread (lunch)/tacos (supper)

Sunday: out to Steak and Shake (lunch)/loaded baked potatoes (supper)

Monday: chicken curry over rice with baby bok choy, radishes, celery, carrots, onions, tomatoes, and peas

Tuesday: venison pot roast, mashed potatoes, lima beans, salad

Wednesday: the Golden Bowl (from last week...didn't get to it), salad

Thursday: sausage cornbread, salad (this is one of our family's favorite, and it might be the last time of the season....my oven heats up the house horribly, so we have very few oven meals all summer long)
