It's time for another Publix Bargain Meal! Erin at $5 Dinners hosts a gathering of ideas from all over on making the most out of what is on sale this week at your local store. Check it out.
This week, I checked out Cheap, Fast, Good! by Beverly Mills and Alicia Ross from the library (what a great place!). I had read it before, but I find something new every time I reread a cookbook. This time, I discovered Chicken and Broccoli Lo Mein. I'm not a huge Chinese food fan, but my dear husband is, so I'm always trying to find something that sounds good to me. (this is why finding a good Chinese restaurant is a big deal) This one looks like something we'll both enjoy.
