Menu Planning


My Monday got away from me! My husband stayed home from work, and that always seems to throw a wrench into anything, you know?

As always, for more inspiration, orgjunkie's Menu Plan Monday is the place to find lots and lots of inspiration for your own menu plan. This week, MPM is on vacation over at $5 Dinners. Same song, different tune. Still fun to browse everyone's great ideas.

Breakfasts: cheese toast
oatmeal
cereal
eggs. bacon, toast (Saturday)
migas tacos (Sunday)

Lunches: leftovers
Golden Bowl--finally!!(Saturday)
vegetable soup (Sunday)

Friday: chicken sushi, rubber chicken drink, buffalo chicken fingers, celery
Saturday: burritos with leftover venison pot roast and crispy potatoes
Sunday: pancakes
Monday: chicken and dressing, salad
Tuesday: fish tacos (with cabbage), pistachio pudding for dessert--St. Patrick's Day dinner
Wednesday: chicken lo mein
Thursday: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, salad, broccoli

I need to menu plan. I really, really need to. Maybe later today. :)
